**Additional Contract for Spec of Work Over $10,000:** If the specification of work exceeds $10,000, a separate contract will be required for the remainder of the fence work. This contract must be written up within thirty days after the free installation is completed.

**Restrictions for Jobs Under $10,000:** For jobs under $10,000, the customer will not be able to receive any cash or credit for the remainder of the balance. Additionally, the remainder of the balance cannot be used towards other jobs or for friends or family jobs.

**Eligibility:** The giveaway is open to residents of Staten Island aged 18 years or older, excluding employees of Empire State Fence and their immediate family members.

 

**Initial Entry and Additional Entry Opportunity:** Participants can earn their first entry and one additional entry into the giveaway for each day of the giveaway period by tagging friends and sharing the sponsored giveaway posts from @EmpireStateFence and @InterstateWholesaleFence1 on social media platforms and then filling out the form. To qualify for more additional entires, participants must follow both companies @'s. Participants must tag both accounts in their shared "story" posts, tag friends and use any specified hashtags. Each additional entry will be valid for that day only and will be counted towards the final draw. If only the form is filled out without any additional sharing, only one entry will be given to that person for the entire duration of the giveaway

 

**Timeframe:** This giveaway starts April 10th and ends officially during the drawing on April 22nd.

**Application:** Applicants must fill out the official entry form provided by Empire State Fence. Only one entry form per household is allowed.

**Honesty:** Applicants must provide accurate and honest information on the entry form. Any false information outside of typical errors may result in disqualification.

**Exclusions:** Applicants who have a current estimate or installation with Empire State Fence are not eligible to participate.

**Product Selection:** The winner can choose from Interstate Wholesale Fence's selection of PVC Oklahoma solid color offerings only.

​

**Combination with Other Offers:** This giveaway cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.

​

**Filming and Photography:** By entering the giveaway, applicants grant permission for Empire State Fence to film and take pictures at their property for promotional purposes.

​

**Multiple Entries:** Applicants cannot fill out the form more than once using the same address.

​

**Consultation with Neighbors and Property Line:** The winner must consult with neighbors before installation to avoid any potential stop work orders or disputes. Property lines must be confirmed with neighbors or surveys. Property lines must be clear of debris and obstacles that might effect installation of fence. 

​

**Notification:** The winner will be notified via email or phone and must respond within 24 hours to claim the prize. If no response is received, another winner will be selected.

**Publicity:** By participating in the giveaway, applicants agree to allow Empire State Fence and Interstate Wholesale Fence to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

**Privacy:** Information provided by applicants will be used only for the purpose of the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.

**Legal Compliance:** This giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
